I love to learn from others and to give back! So, I took the opportunity to start my own business in the spring of 2020 and went from being employed by same company for more than 15 years to help more than just one customer to work smarter, become more efficient and thus deliver more with less. And I love it!

My success story lies in the approach and method I use, to engage with the many people to help customers to break down complexity into smaller manageable initiatives - always based on current priority with the ability to quickly adjust when needed.

 I am a Project Lead and Analytic Advisor with special interest in the WHY behind the HOW. My strength is business needs and working with stakeholders to guide and lead the organization to understand the true needs. 

What I do includes both strategic thinking as well as tactical actions. I am certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 18 years experience from the software industry, mainly in Business Intelligence and Global Operations.
