I have worked with Åsa on several projects for 7 years. She has a rare set of skills that combine, Consulting, business analysis and project management that deliver measurable business results for the teams she works with. For me this has been with Sales Leaders, Sales Operations and sales teams to deliver everything that these teams need for improving sales KPIs with coaching to actionable business insights. For our most recent project, a global Sales Management System, Åsa completely analysed, designed and delivered the assets and analytics tool needed in just 3 months, from Initial interviews to rollout. Åsa's projects are successful because of the rare combination of knowledge and skills she has, project management, creativity, business analysis, planning and attention to detail. She is my go to professional for improving sales and sales operations. What she doesn't know probably is not worth knowing.

I had the pleasure of managing and working alongside Åsa for 6 plus years whilst we were both in Global Sales Ops team at Qlik. From the outset, it was abundantly clear as to just how committed, conscientious and professional Åsa was no matter what she was either driving herself or working on as a team member. Regardless of the nature of job in hand, Åsa would always be the one ensuring structure and discipline into the proceedings, all of which would be secondary to her constant innovation and creativity to the desired solutions/ outcomes. One very specific example was the Qlik Sales360 application, a project that was spearheaded by Åsa . Through consistent hours of devotion and tireless efforts, Åsa was able to deliver an unprecedented moment in the company's history whereby we now had a singles sales-facing application (where before we had very little on offer) that became the most leverage QlikView application in the company's history as well as being one of the most successful demo apps used as part of the Qlik sales cycle. This milestone was a much-deserved turning point for Åsa in terms of her endless talents being there for all to see and set her on her way to being a company-wide trusted adviser and application "guru" to all who sought her support (her door was always open). Never being one to rest or take the easy way, Åsa was also always looking to continue to better herself whenever the opportunities arose. If Qlik implemented a new tool for the business, for sure, Åsa would be the first one to embrace the new capabilities and drive adoption within the global sales ops org. On a personal level, Åsa was an absolute joy to manage, a fabulous colleague to work with and a lovely person to be around. I would recommend Åsa to any organisation, she's a one in a million and I miss working with her!
